OFFICE ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. Our office hours have recently changed on Fridays. Our new office hours on Fridays are 10:30am to
6pm with the last appointment at 5:15pm.
2. Please make sure you bring your insurance cards to your scheduled appointment.
3. Our office is open to help patients every other Saturday.
COVID - 19 OFFICE POLICY
1/ If you feel sick, please do not schedule an appointment with us. Please wait until you feel better before scheduling an appointment with us.
2/ If any patient shows symptoms or signs of the flu, such as coughing and/or shortness of breath, you will not be seen that day. We will reschedule your appointment and suggest following up with your
primary care physician.
3/ If you feel sick, have flu-like symptoms, and have "red eyes," please call our office to discuss your condition before coming to our office.
4/ We will schedule each patient for a 45 minute appointment. That does not mean you will need the entire 45 minutes for your visit, but this allows only one patient to be seen in our office every 45 minutes. This will prevent patient crowding in our office.
5/ Face masks and disposable gloves are available for patients to wear, upon request, at our office.
6/ As usual practice, all examination equipment will be disinfected after each patient is seen.
